The host was great, very responsive and communicative. The property is amazing and in a great location. Our new go to place to stay for our Seattle trips.
The garden apartment is just lovely! It's a perfect getaway spot-very cozy, well stocked and private. It's also an easy walk to Madison St. and to the Arboretum. I was there to see my daughter at Seattle U, so for any SU parents this is a great spot-easy 10 minute drive to campus. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Carmen!
Loved the area this was in! Was beautiful and quiet, a huge park and yummy restaurants within walking distance. Carmen was kind and responsive, and the listing was accurate.
The host was a great communicator. The bed and blankets were comfy. The space was very roomy. The courtyard was lovely. The location was superb. We would stay again.
The property is located in a quiet residential and green neighborhood, parking on the street is free, public transportation is convenient.
The unit is clean and functional but could use a bit of a maintenance update/upgrade (heater in the bathroom, towel bars/hooks in the bathroom).
The room and living area were amazing and Carmen as a host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Not too far from any major areas and has amazing small businesses near by. My girlfriend and I would 100% love to stay there again
We enjoyed thoroughly our stay in Carmen’s garden apartment, it so private, quiet, and comfortable with the pleasure of viewing nothing but green through its French doors. It’s also in a lovely neighborhood very close to beautiful Washington Park with its arboretum and Japanese garden. A very special stay.
This was perfect for me, quiet neighborhood, close to some great restaurants and coffee houses, nice pleasant walk around some awesome park space and arboretum. Capitol Hill and Groceries are only 25 minutes walk if you're fit for walking the big hills on Madison street. The host provided a great space that was private and complete kitchen to prepare meals. Wi-Fi was strong, entry and exit good, just use a light for getting to the entryway at night. All good stuff, I would stay here again for sure, and probably will next time in Seattle.
We came to the area to enjoy the leaves and outdoor experiences. The location made it very easy to drive to other areas in the metro. The walk to the Washington Arboretum and Japanese Garden was beautiful. Quick trip to grocery store for breakfast items to prepare in the kitchenette. Cozy and comfortable bed and living room area. Easy to stream a favorite show on a rainy evening on the TV. Clean and good natural light.
