「The general area was dirty. The room was dirty. The stove was caked with grease and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I had no hot water in kitchen or bathroom sinks. My air conditioner stopped working for a while. The toilet didn’t flush properly and when I called 2 times to report it no one answered the phone.
