「We spent one night here. Our room was nice but no extras like hand cream, a bottle of water, etc. The entire hotel was immaculate but seemed ‘sterile’. A definite 4 star, but not quite 5 star.」

「it was crawling with cockroaches and the bedding looked like it had been melted lifted mattress and was filthy underneath and management refused to refund payment because it was booked on line」

「Would just make sure that you watch your step in the lobby and hallway. They mopped midday and」

「Everything was great. The staff was very fast and helpful resolving one minor issue. Could not ask for a better stay.」

「The room was clean, however there was a terrible 'poop' odor in the room and there were spots on the wallpaper that could have been noticeably wiped down. However, I was too exhausted to complain or ask for a different room. Breakfast and the Front Desk staff was amazing as usual. My only true complaint is that the housekeeping staff knocks on my door at 11 AM to check-out when check-out isn't until 12 PM and when I have the 'do not disturb' sign hanging on my door. This happens every time I...

「This was an overnight arrival and stay in order to connect with family member heading on a cruise. The room was spacious and clean and some of the family arrived early and the hotel accommodated them and allowed them to check in early. The breakfast items available were selected for those who eat certain meats. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was located a few miles from the outlet mall and various restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Melbourne, Florida...

「Southern hospitality at its best!」

「6 day stay. Myself and my wife. Clean studio, staff was friendly, main two complaints were 1-the noise from the mechanical room could be heard basically all night just non stop. 2- the pillows were the most decrepit sacks of cotton I’ve ever had in my life. They just zeroed out comically pancake thin I ended up with a stiff neck after the second night that was so bad it compromised me for the rest of the trip even with extra pillows it just was so painful. in combination with the noise I slept...

「I booked the room off of the reviews, but it left a lot to be desired. The walls were stained, lamps rusted, shower still dirty....」

「Clean - up to date -staff was excellent - all around great」
