「First day there did not get service to the room after removing "privacy tag" from the door at 11:30am. The a/c blower in the room was exceptionally loud. The pool and restaurant was very good. Prices on food and drinks quite high from previous years. Complementary coffee is no more.」

「We chose this hotel because we got married there almost 28 years ago. We were given a lovely sixth floor corner room with sliders and balconies on two sides. All rooms came with an ocean view. A living room with a sleeper sofa, a flat screen and desk. A wet bar with fridge and coffeemaker. A king size bed and second flat screen in the bedroom and a bathroom with access from both rooms complete an ideal set up for two people or a small family. There are laundry rooms with microwaves on floors 3...

「The lady in the office is very nice, in our room one of our TV’s didn’t work properly, it was blurry, the bathroom had an odor of mold. 」

「 Clean great staff friendly , no free breakfast very disappointed, no coffee had to buy Starbucks which I hate . Never stayed anywhere without coffee in lobby for staying there!!! Parking great 」

「清潔感があり、部屋も広くとても良いホテルだと思いました。周りの環境も、静かでビーチが近く、美味しいレストランもあって良かったです。」

「外観、部屋、設備は新しくとても綺麗。 可笑しかったことは､正面入り口が見当たらず､ここで良いのかなと思う裏口のような所から入場。 ここは観光地から遠く､田舎のような物音一つない静かな地区。目の前に中型スーパーマーケットが有り､夕食用食材とお土産をたっぷり購入できる。部屋に電子レンジや冷蔵庫が備わっているので便利。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで難しい質問がなかったので英語が苦手でもホッとしました。ホテルはオーランド空港からは約1時間､ケープカナベラルまで50分､無料高速道路で空いていました。ロイヤルカリビアンクルーズを利用するためが決めてでした。もちろんレンタカー利用です。」

「泊まるだけの目的で利用するには良いと思います。私はディズニークルーズの前泊で利用しました。以前のレビューでダニがわいていたとの情報がありましたが、私が泊まった限りでは何も問題はなく、清潔度は普通だと思います。スタッフは気さくで良い人たちです。あえて人には勧めませんが、あの辺で安宿を探す一つの候補に挙げても良いとは思います。」

「スタッフの方が皆感じが良く、常に笑顔で接してくれました。 朝食ビュッフェ担当の方も毎日いろいろと声をかけて下さいました。 ランドリーの場所を聞くと、洗剤と柔軟剤のシートを頂けました。 部屋は清潔でとても快適でしたが、敢えて言うなら、シャワーが可動式だったらもっと良かったです。」
