"All was good except my room had smelled like someone heated fish in the microwave. It remained smelly my entire stay and they were fully booked with no spare room. I sprayed air freshener and had the windows open the entire time- did not work. There should be a rule- no cooking or heating up fish in the rooms. They did comp my parking which was a nice gesture and appreciated. "

"I love how they had a couch cover set up for our dog. We only allow our dog going on couches when there is a waterproof blanket on it for the reason of keeping the couch clean. Even though we did not let the dog be on the couch in the hotel, we did appreciate this kind efforts in keeping room nice and clean. "

"Room was perfect and well appointed with everything our family of 4 needed. The access to Whistlet Village was exactly what we were looking for. 5 min walk to the Gondala and steps to the village. The fireplace was cozy, beds were comfy and the room was very clean. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. Loved the afternoon Apres snacks and drinks. The breakfast was the only thing that was very underwhelming, the variety was nice but the food itself was not good. We will definitely be coming back!"

"The room is well designed. Full kitchen is very useful. But it isn't a 4star. Many things in the room/amenities not working (doors, phone, ice machine) it is missing on the details. Staff are lovely though. "
