"This property is in a great location of sea Ranch, close to the Del Mar recreation center and to Gualala.The good: Clean, good water pressure, nice linens, stocked kitchen (nice selection of pots and pans, knives, and utensils) and a lovely bookshelf with books and games. Loved all the labels on everything. Nice large dining room table with an open Ish floor plan. Comfortable living room with ample couch and seating for the whole family. Could be better: the beds could definitely use an upgrade, and the scratchy toilet paper and lack of Kleenex feels like the usual Grand Welcome short cuts. Otherwise, lovely! "
