"I want to first say this is the hotel I stay at each time I visit family in the area. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Most of all I want to thank the staff and management of this hotel for their kindness and attentiveness to my family that stayed over the weekend. Several of us stayed here while having to attend my nieces funeral in January 2026. After explaining to the staff what we needed, they made sure we had rooms on the same floor so we could be together. When we wanted to visit together in the breakfast room later into the night, the staff checked on us and made sure we were all comfortable. Never once were we made to feel like we were being too much for them. We felt at home and were able to share family time during a very difficult period. Thank you to all the staff! You made a rough weekend so much better for my family. "

"The kitchen was not fully equipped with any cooking utensils. The kitchen was dirty. There was blood on the floor from the last person that was there. I complained about it and they’ve never sent anybody to clean it. There was a dead fly over the kitchen table. They never came and cleaned it. The shower did not work. They came to fix it said it was fixed and then I went to go get a shower after that it was not fixed. I ended up getting my room switched twice. Place was horrible. I would never go back 2 inches of dust all over the place the ceiling fan was thick of dust. "
