"Absolute luxury, 2 malls 1 within walking distance… hotel close to everything lots to do.."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked this hotel months in advance, but when I arrived, I was told the hotel was full and had to wait in the lobby for over an hour. After about 1.5 hours, they finally gave me a room — but when I went inside, it was already occupied by two other guests. This was extremely embarrassing and a serious safety and privacy issue. After going back to the front desk, they admitted the mistake and made me wait even longer. Eventually, after more than two hours total, they “resolved” the situation by splitting us into two separate rooms instead of honoring the original booking properly. The issues didn’t stop there. The next day, my room keys stopped working. They fixed it once, but later that night around midnight, the keys failed again. This time, they refused to help and claimed I was “checked out,” even though my reservation was still active until the next morning. I was essentially locked out of my room late at night because of their system error, and the staff showed no urgency to fix it. Overall, this hotel: Overbooked and mishandled reservations Assigned an already occupied room (major security issue) Took over 2 hours to check me in Failed to manage the reservation correctly (splitting rooms last minute) Locked me out of my room at midnight and refused to fix it This experience was stressful, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. "

"Rooms were not so clean. Elevators didn’t work so we had to use the stairs 4th floor going up was not fun. "

"This is supposed to be a luxury hotel and that was not the experience. The rooms were fine, but nothing more elevated than a Holiday Inn Express. An hour and a half to get brunch (open seating) when there were only 12 people in the restaurant. No manager. No bartender. There was a noisy party in the restaurant who would not be escorted out to the lobby - they were not patrons. Wait staff was not trained in even the simplest of procedures (pour water in the water glasses; bring everyone's food out). The acoustics in the dining room were not what they once were when this hotel was a destination years ago. They have arches in the ceiling and hardwoods on the floor without sound absorption so essentially all the sound is echoing off each other, which makes it highly difficult to have a nice dining conversation at the table."

"Front desk the best! Bartender too. Room was spacious, loved sofa and steaming TV, comfy bed….only complaint is the fridge was a bit noisy. Hopefully they fix. I’ll be back! Thank you"

"The fact is that the Valet pricing is silly expensive . The Hotel staff is great however the bar manager was pretty rude about getting us to leave for some mock event they were doing for select people . No sign saying so . Just her singling a person out to leave . Also hotel had no thing going on in or around the area but yet felt like it was a little expensive for that room . If it were not for the rest of the staff I would not go back . "
