「My Place is a brand new smallish hotel in Mesa/Phoenix. As a result it was spotless, fresh, clean and excellent for the kind of hotel it is. It is the very definition of functional. There are basically no amenities, which is what I was expecting. There is a guest laundry. The room was very plain, which made no difference to me. It has a basic small kitchenette with an in counter cook too and a full-size refrigerator. It’s really designed as a somewhat extended near-residence kind of lodging....

「Very clean rooms and location, interior and exterior. The staff was really kind and informative as it was my first visit to Phoenix AZ. There was 2 Anthonys there, but both of them were super helpful and polite! Its really great to encounter staff that has great customer service! 」

「We had a great day at this hotel! There was only one regular coffee for a room for four people, but they said if you need more they will bring us more.」

「We had a king bed suite. It was really spacious, full size fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, and washing machine! Nice separate sitting area, super comfortable bed, and separate bathroom area. Quite. Felt very safe. Must have code to get into gated area where the rooms are. Nice pool area. They leave a nice little box of snacks on your arrival. Definitely would stay here again. 」

「The room was clean, and the staff courteously allowed me to check in about half an hour earlier than the listed check-in time. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-lit the general area was; at no point did I feel unsafe as a female traveler. In addition, the complimentary Wi-Fi was speedy; I had no problems connecting my devices to the Internet. 」

「簡単な内容ではあるが夕方17時30分から無料の食事とアルコール（3杯まで無料）が素晴らしいと思いました。物価が高い米国で大変助かりました。部屋は特に普通で、Wifiも普通につながりました。シャワーは普通の据え付けのもので、手で持てないものでしたが、水圧は十分でした。朝も簡単な無料の食事が提供され、大変満足でした。」

「Great room and public area around pool. Front desk so nice. No frills and has recently been updated. Great and easy for families. We could also walk to Fate Brewing for dinner and lunch via back alleys which are fine.」
