"The BW Inn felt very cozy and safe. There was plenty of parking, and the attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. I had a minor issue with the bedding during my stay, but the staff resolved it promptly. They had a very nice breakfast. The inn is located in a very scenic part of the city, which was a pleasant surprise and added to the overall experience. My only small feedback is that the interior paint colors are quite dark. It's such a beautiful inn that lighter wall colors could make the space feel brighter."

"Handicapped bathroom.had two showerheads, one didn’t work. Shower had a clear strip on the floor that was all dirty black. Also had a black rubberized mat in front of shower, very dirty. Sink had something jammed in drain and water started filling up sink. Not very clean."

"This home was wonderful for our stay. We had one in our party in a wheelchair and it was a little tricky getting in and out of the house and bathroom, but doable- just in case anyone is wondering. But we had a great time staying here and loved that it was walking distance from the Sequoia Park Zoo."
