"This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost. "

"Wonderful stay. The property was very well equipped, plenty of entertainment for all the family. The owners gave us wonderful recommendations. We had a wonderful time and already planning to come back. Highly recommend."

"Dark and depressing, everything is brown, very little natural light, clean but very tired and very basic. This is not a Hotel, you have to make your own beds, staff unhelpful when we needed to move rooms because of the barking dog next door …. we asked if they could help move the linen and were told by them that that wasn’t there job why should they do it??? Maybe a misunderstanding as i thought we were booking a hotel room this feels more like a hostel ….. "

The refurbished rooms were brilliant; big, ample storage, clean, well furnished kitchen) and the location is a nice walk into the village. "One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast is great and has everything you need. There’s a coffee machine in reception that you can use 24/7. There’s also filtered water in reception so you don’t have to buy bottled water constantly. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless. The spa is also great - especially after days of running. The location is perfect. Right in the centre but there’s no noise. We will be coming back to Chamonix next year and will be booking this hotel again. "
