This modern and comfortable semi-detached house is your vacation rental located in the district of Allmannweier, 3 km from the centre of Schwanau, Germany. Unit Layout
This 3-room semi-detached house spans 111 square meters on the ground floor, featuring a modern and tasteful design. The spacious living/dining room measures 36 square meters and includes a satellite TV with a flat screen, leading out to the terrace. One room of 20 square meters houses a dressing room with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a shower/WC, and a hydro massage bath. Another room of 14 square meters is equipped with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm).

Amenities Included
The property boasts an open kitchen spanning 14 square meters, complete with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a steamer. Additionally, there is access to the terrace from the kitchen. Other amenities include a separate WC, a large 40-square-meter terrace with terrace furniture and a barbecue, as well as complimentary WiFi internet access.

Other Information
Please note that this is a non-smoking house, equipped with a smoke alarm. The bathroom can only be accessed through one of the two double rooms, providing privacy during your vacation. The property offers modern and tasteful furnishings throughout, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage.Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und die Vermieter sind sehr Nett. Hier kann man Ruhe finden und sich sehr gut erholen.
