The well-kept 95 m² apartment with an award is located in the climatic health resort Schwabstedt, near Husum on the North Sea. The apartment is kept in Danish style. Everything is extremely tasteful and with great attention to detail. It is furnished for 4 people and has a large, open living room with dining area, fireplace and underfloor heating. Massive Danish and antique furniture, internet (WiFi), digital satellite TV, stereo, books, games and much more.
Furthermore, 2 bedrooms, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom and a covered balcony with garden furniture belong to the apartment. Tolle Lage in wunderbarer urspruenglicher Natur

Wir haben den Urlaub in Schwabstedt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schoen und lichtdurchflutet mit zwei grossen Schlafzimmern und einem gemuetlichen Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum grossen Balkon. Dort steht sehr passend ein Strandkorb. Die Gastgeber waren sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Ihre Vorschlaege fuehrten zu schoenen Badestellen und Radwegen. Wir kennen die Gegend zwischen Husum, Schwabstedt und Friedrichstadt gut. Wir haben von 1996 bis 2015 dort oft bei meinen Eltern unseren Sommerurlaub und Weihnachten verbracht. Wir lieben es in der Treene zu schwimmen und Husum, St Peter Ording und Amrum und Foehr zu besuchen. Wir kamen jetzt nach 10 Jahren zurueck. Schwabstedt und Umgebung haben nichts von ihrer Urspruenglichkeit eingebuesst. Die Wohnung war ein toller Ausgangspunkt fuer unsere taeglichen Unternehmungen.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mittendrin

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, die Wohnung sehr großzügig und hell, komfortable Möbel und Betten, in der Küche alles da. Den Kaminofen haben wir an kühlen Abenden gerne befeuert, genügend Holz war da. Auf dem Balkon haben wir gerne im Strandkorb gesessen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Familie Erhart war dezent aber immer ansprechbar und hatte gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Schwabstedt liegt quasi "mittendrin", unweit von Friedrichstadt und Nordsee, aber auch nicht weit bis zur Ostsee; das Fluss-Schwimmbad ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne!

Es hat uns super gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie Umgebung ist sehr schön, man kommt überall sehr gut hin und die Vermieter sind der Knaller und haben auch immer einen Tipp wo man was anschauen kann, oder wo es sich lohnt hinzufahren.

Wir haben eine herbstliche Woche in Schwabstedt verbracht und fühlten uns sehr willkommen. In der Wohnung ist alles da, es fehlt an nichts und die Gastgeber sind jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist so, dass man viel unternehmen kann - auch wenn es mal von oben es etwas feuchter ist ;) Immer gerne wieder!! und herzlichen Dank!

Ferienidylle

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei Familie Erhart. Vielen Dank noch einmal für die herzliche Begrüßung, bei der wir auch gleich jede Menge Tipps über die zahlreichen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung bekamen! Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig und idyllisch, ist liebevoll gestaltet und perfekt ausgestattet. Schwabstedt ist ein kleiner, hübscher Ort mit einer sehenswerten Kirche und einem Flussschwimmbad, das im Sommer sehr zu empfehlen ist. Zum für uns schönsten Strand in Sankt Peter-Ording waren es ca. 30 Minuten Fahrt, die sich aber sehr lohnen. Fazit: Wer die verschiedenen Facetten Nordfrieslands entdecken möchte, ist bei Familie Erhart bestens aufgehoben!

Da kann man nur Bestnoten geben, man fühlt sich wie in einer kleinen Familie aufgehoben. Sehr lieb und absolut zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet!

Lejligheden er over al forventning. Fint og hyggeligt indrettet og dejlig altan. Alt hvad der er nødvendigt er til rådighed. Meget flinke værtsfolk. Gode cykler kan lånes. Fint område med cykelruter. Hyggelig lille by. Udmærket butik i byen, Gode spisesteder inden for kort afstand.

Ein Ort, wo die Seele zur Ruhe kommen kann...

Die Lage in Schwabstedt ist wunderbar zentral und landschaftlich sehr malerisch. In und um Schwabstedt gibt es eine gute Infrastruktur. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Es fehlte an absolut gar nichts. Alles war liebevoll und gemütlich ausgestattet und arrangiert. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr freundliche, aufgeschlossene, hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Menschen. Besonders positiv beeindruckt hat uns ebenfalls das freundliche Miteinander unter den Nachbarn in unserer Straße, aber auch im gesamten Ort. Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Schwabstedt und im umliegenden Nordfriesland verbracht und viele neue Erkenntnisse über das Land und seine Menschen sammeln können. Fauna und Flora vor und hinter dem Deich sind allein schon viele neue Anreisen wert. Die Ferienwohnung von Familie Erhard können wir in diesem Zusammenhang von Herzen empfehlen!

Super schöne Wohnung, nette Vermieter und eine tolle Gegend.

Die Wohnung ist echt schön und geräumig, auch für Kinder geeignet. Schwabstedt ist ein kleiner Ort zum Wohlfühlen, hat alles, was man braucht mit Bademöglichkeit nur 400m entfernt. Zudem super zentral gelegen in Nordfriesland, so dass tägliche Ausflüge selbst zur Ostsee kein Problem sind.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Schwabstedt verbracht. Schwabstedt ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Radtouren an der Nordseeküste. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und geräumig - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts - komplette Ausstattung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Eigentümer sind sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
