「Our first issue happen when we arrived when no one turned the ac units on. It was around 6pm when we arrived and it was so hot outside which meant it was even hotter inside. We decided to try to crank down the units (there’s no central ac or heat) and let it cool down when we went to dinner. I messaged the manager and she acted like it wasn’t a big deal and told us to keep the door closed. (Duh). We returned 2 hours later to it not much cooler. The ladder to the loft is very old and un sturdy,...

「We stayed over the weekend for a wedding in Round Top. Absolutely LOOOVED the Firefly house. Perfect location and just minutes away from the venue in Round Top. Excellent host...was very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Will def stay here again if we are ever back :) 」

「Beautifully appointed home, all the kitchen supplies we could need, super comfy beds, and fun outdoor space for the kids to explore (that was easy to supervise). We had such a nice and relaxing visit! And the home is very close to nearby Round Top locations. We will definitely be back! This was an easy quick trip from Houston for a nice family weekend. 」

「We loved the cottage and location. Description was accurate and provided a perfect launch site for days of driving the start of the Hill Country. We would stay again.Issues surrounding the cleaning team and how the cottage was on arrival. Trash in front of the house greeted us along with other issues which I feel can be addressed by the property mgt team. They did try to address some issues the following day - we had already departed for the day and not there to allow entry. 」
