"We had a lovely visit. Outdoor pool and hot tub in the winter is clutch. Rooms were clean, staff was responsive. Easy access to plenty of dining and experience options. Our three year old said it was her “best vacation ever.”"

"Have stayed twice and the rooms are clean and beds are comfy with a memory foam topper. My stay this time was a bit tarnished, though. Friends booked a separate room for one night directly with the motel, but the booking system had a glitch/error. The motel system booked them for different dates, even though my friend's confirmation email from them was correct. Without going into too many details, it would have been nice if the managers were given some leeway to make decisions to provide great customer service and take some responsibility or apologize about the situation when guests were left scrambling to find other accomodations for the night. If you book directly with the motel, definitely call them to confirm your booking is accurate!"

"Got a great deal to just pop in for the night before hitting Cranmore. Great to have a Roku in the tv. Beds were comfy. Nice location. Everything was fine. Great staff, who stayed a little late to make sure we got in since we arrived late. "

"Kids running through halls, knocking on random doors, screaming, yelling and running around until 3am. You can hear everything from the room next door. We could not use the pool with slides due to how many people were there including many small kids. The one hot tub only seats five adults. There was a line of people waiting for the hot tub. If you want a stressful, over crowded and cheap breakfast, this is for you! Barely anywhere to sit. And again, children running through the dining area. I do not recommend this hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property in North Conway this weekend. The location was perfect. There’s nothing better than being slope side for a ski weekend! The unit was brand new, which made the stay even better. Everything was clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. It was comfortable and exactly as described, with everything we needed and more. The host was excellent — responsive, helpful, and great to work with.Our only complaints were the noise from the lodge downstairs and the lack of a coffee table in the family room. We were woken up every morning before 7:00 am, which made it a little tough to sleep in. A coffee table in the family room would also make the space feel a bit more complete. Other than that, everything was great and we truly enjoyed our stay."
