The cottage was very clean and quaint. The bed was great. Two things that surprised us There was a tv that had no connection and a coffee maker with no coffee or cups.

Classic North Conway over priced mom & pop operation. Old cobbled together cabin with a cramped bath, uneven floors and crappy TV choices. It was clean and the towels were OK.

The property was really cute and quaint. There was a area behind the shower that was clearly visible when sitting on the toilet full of mousetraps and other gross stuff. I took the shower curtain and then moved it to hide it. The other problem was the tv didn't work , but eventually somebody got back to us and we had to unplug it and plug it back in.

Difficult to get cottage # and keypad code - got stuck in Expedia middle ground. Had no heat in the cottage. Quick to send maintenance, but couldn’t repair the gas system so he brought an electric heater as an effective interim solution. Cottage had only 1 trashcan. None in the bathroom. Bathroom had an unused wall mount for the tp. Tp was just a loose roll on towel shelf.

We stayed one night and had a really good experience. The place was cute, it was clean, the mattress was amazing. My wife and I are completely different sleepers, and we both were impressed with it. The bad: the cabin is a bit antiquated, with the bathrooms being very basic, but usable. The check-in process was a bit odd. At the 24 hour-to point, you have to upload your license, and they will send you a code and the actual cabin you have the day of. It looks like they select what cabin is available and assign it to you, regardless of what the cabin looked like on Expedia. This led to some confusion when we went to "check in" and had two codes (for some reason), and two cabin numbers that we might be in. Go by the very last email you get from them where they assign you a cabin, as this worked for us.

The main are of the cottage was nice, plenty of room to move around while having a king sized bed in the middle. Bathroom was a bit rough with age but overall functional. Pool area looked clean and nice; only stayed for a night and didn’t get to enjoy it. Check-in was a little at first confusing, if you used Expedia or other 3rd party sites, but calling them directly made everything easier to get number and code for the cottage. The cottages were centrally located to all the nice shops and restaurants, so overall it was a nice experience and stay.

It took like 20 mins just to get my access code for our cottage, the lady was rude. The cottage was absolutely disgusting. Smelt like mold. The “screened in porch” had broken plexiglass nailed up and was hot you couldn’t use it. The pictures they show are nothing like what it really looks like.

The front door blinds were broken...you could see directly into the bedroom from the porch, The front window lock was broken, not secure. No chair or table in the room. No microwave or hotplate in the room. Had to mess with the bath tub faucet to get hot water...about 10 minutes to finally get hot water. Outside Christmas lights came on at 9 pm and lit the whole room up like noonday. I had to unplug them the second night outside. The people next door were going to submit a complaint as well. There's was worse than ours.
