"I had fallen in the parking lot and skimmed my arm pretty bad. The associate at the desk cleaned my wound and managed my arm. He went out of his way and very cordial and helpful. This happened on June 14 around 11 AM. The amenities were terrific. Had a great breakfast and a great day. I would recommend. The hotel to others."
