"From desk lady can’t even look at customer’s face. Room cold even with heater on maximum temperature Room has painted over areas when you can see mold. Faucet in the restroom is loose. Overall old run down hotel. Breakfast was ok. "

"This was a nice place. I really liked that the two beds had different levels of firmness. Also the closet had pillows with different levels of firmness. My main issue with hotels is that everything is too soft and fluffy. So it's nice to have firm options. "

"This was our first VRBO experience and, overall, the home was not as clean or maintained as a guest would want. The description of the house was "luxury" but was mediocre at best. The Kitchen was described as "Gourmet" but was missing even basic essentials such as a cutting board and included a fully rusted out pan! When we contacted host because there was only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 women for a week, we were told to purchase our own. At the end, we contacted them directly to resolve our complaint, they said we waited too long. VRBO also would not assist us with any reimbursement for misrepresentation, or cleaning fee. "

"The house was what we needed …a place to spend the night. Luckily we didn’t have to take a shower there.I ran the water for awhile and got barely warm water. The shower also had black around the tile edges. I can only expect mold."

"Host was very welcoming, Exceptionally clean. Although picture was enhanced and not what was in the living room. the heater was EXTEMELY noisy and made a loud buzzing noise throughout the house kitchen was adequate although ice maker needed to be Seriously Defrosted. Coffee maker needed to be replaced as it would only work if you held down the to. No hot pads to remove anything from oven. Spices were there, although no salt or pepper."
