Visitors: For the safety and security of all our guests we do not allow visitors/non-registered guests on the property.
The Entrance Gate: For the safety and security of all our guests, the front gate must closed and locked at all times. Please double check that you have locked the gate behind you when entering and exiting the property. We aim to be vigilant with our security levels and we need your active participation for success with this highly important priority.
Parking: Parking is not available.
We are a Non-Smoking Property: Please smoke off and away from the property.
Illegal Substances: Any use of illegal substances is absolutely prohibited. We strictly enforce this policy at all times.
Pool: In consideration of other guests, keep noise levels to a minimum in the pool area. Please rinse off/shower before entering the pool. Pool hours are 8am-9pm
Common Areas: There are 2 roof gardens that are common areas. The small roof terrace on the second level of the staircase is for communal guest use. The roof top on the 4th level above the spiral staircase is also for communal use. There you can get some serious sun or watch a beautiful ocean view sunset in the evening. We ask that you be respectful of noise levels and privacy when passing by the other guest’s suites while using the shared space.
