"This was a cute cottage for my husband and me. Everything was clean, and Shonna communicated quickly and answered all of our questions. There were no beach chairs on the property, so we purchased some for the duration of our stay. We used these when we traveled to the Gulf, and we also enjoyed sitting out in the sand by the water at the cottage."

"A little pricey but is probably comparable to others of this caliber. Very clean and all beds were extremely comfortable. Beautiful ocean view. Great fishing. Great WiFi. Host was great and accommodating and very nice. House well stocked with more than what we needed. Would rent again in a heartbeat if we wanted to comeback at a cheaper time of year. We loved staying here. The only inconvenience was the drive to a grocery store (about 20 miles) but we cooked a lot here so we had to go almost everyday which was our choice. I would recommend staying here to anyone!!! Worth it!!! Had a fantastic time!!"

"This house is excellent in terms of being directly on the beach with a very short walkway to the sand. It is well laid out in terms of bedrooms, kitchen and living areas and the HVAC worked well on really hot days. It is great for a family vacation with 3 king beds and lots of bunks for the kids. The property manager was very alert to our needs. I was surprised, however, that the beach was not private so was more crowded than the other upscale areas in Ft Morgan. Also, this is the only neighborhood where we've stayed that the beach service is not allowed to put up a tent. The property could use a few upgrades (nicer sheets and towels) and updates (master toilet finicky). We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the carpets and upstairs bathrooms. Overall, this house was a good choice and would have been a 5 had we known about the beach equipment and those few changes suggested above."

"Loved the Resort. Beautiful landscaping, very nice pools. It was right on the beach, but the actual walk to the water, because of the dunes, was farther than I expected.The unit was very comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied. Parking was easy. You can drive right up to the unit. When sitting on the patio you had a great view of the grounds and the close by pool.The owner was very good about communication. She was very interested in any of your concerns. We will go back!"
