There's no tea/coffee in the room, but you can order a complimentary hot drink on room service each morning and buy drinks from reception. Great views over the town and coast. There's only one car parking space but parking on the roadside was fine. Easy walk to restaurants. Enjoyed our stay."

"Highly recommended. Stunning place, perfectly situated, well-appointed. It has been beautifully decorated in keeping with its historical nature. Breakfast overlooking the ocean was magic. It's a safe, short walk to the beach (we swam first thing every morning). If I were to critique something, it's well-maintained for its age and proximity to the sea, but a few touch-ups, mostly outside and to the slightly tired patio furniture, would be welcome. Note, there is an internal parking spot for 1 car only."

"Safe area. Lots of restaurants within 5 mins walk. 2 minutes to the beach/tidal pool. Quite noisy, on the main road with a trainline running parallel. Facilities were lovely. Very comfortable bed. Problems dishwasher doesn't work. Toilet flush is tricky, gets stuck. Would definitely book again."
