The Salty Air Retreat

Let the charm of this conveniently-located vacation rental set the scene for your next retreat. Situated near downtown attractions and waterfront fun, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home has all the essentials for a trip with the whole family. Visit Tybee Island, check out The Savannah College of Art and Design, picnic in Forsyth Park, or walk along Savannah’s Waterfront. At day’s end, return home to fire up the gas grill and roast some s’mores gathered around the fire pit. ‘Vacation You’ awaits!
Checkout List & House Rules

Thank you for choosing to spend your vacation in our home. Here are a few reminders about your departure and the house rules. Please take a moment and have all the guests read them.

• Cameras are located on the exterior front and rear sides of the home as a safety measure during your stay and when empty.

• The door will auto lock after 60 seconds. Check in is at 4:00 pm. Please do not try to check in early unless prior approval has been granted by the property manager and an additional fee has been paid. Your code will not work until 10 minutes before check in. It is our desire to provide the best experience by preparing and restocking the home prior to your arrival.

• To watch TV, a Roku remote is provided (for each TV), that will power on the TV, make selections, and control sound.

• Supplies provided for your stay are a few trash bags, rolls of toilet paper, and paper towels. Sponge, dish detergent, and dishwasher pods are located on the counter beside the kitchen sink for cleaning dishes and/or using the dishwasher.

• Checkout is 10:00am sharp.
****NOTE: Cleaning & linen services are on a strict schedule. If they have to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited, or an additional fee will be charged.

• Towels – Please place all used towels & wash cloths in bathtubs.

• Take out all trash from the bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and patio to the outside large trash cans. Take all food items with you or throw them away.

• Wednesday guests either checking in or checking out, please place trash & recycling cans at curbside for very early Thursday AM pickup. If cans are not moved to curbside, a fine of $250 will be incurred.

• Turn all air conditioning thermostats to 78 degrees in warmer months and 65 degrees in cold or cooler months at checkout.

• Lock all doors and windows.

• Report damages upon checking in and checking out. Accidents happen.

• Absolutely NO SMOKING in or on the property including electronic cigarettes. If neighbors or property manager report any SMOKING on or in the property, the reservation/contract will be terminated immediately and/or your deposit will be forfeited.
