The Space:
Tucked among the beautiful neighborhoods of downtown Savannah, this freshly renovated condominium features high-end finishes and stylish interior design from Plum West Designs.
Once home to the nefarious John Deering, this condo is one of a kind in Savannah.
Enter the three-level condo through a contemporary front door that sets the mood for the entire space. To the right of the foyer is a spacious galley kitchen featuring a deep blue backsplash, solid surface countertops, and a brand-new appliance package. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything you need to cook, including pots, pans, utensils, dishware, and small appliances. A peninsula island provides dining space for three, while a dining table directly behind provides room for six.
Enjoy a beautiful sitting area on the first floor that opens directly to your private balcony. A small sofa and two chairs are great places to curl up and read your favorite book.
Take the staircase to the top floor where two bedrooms are found. Enjoy a new king mattress wrapped in fresh linens and plush pillows in the primary bedroom. A large dresser provides ample storage for extended stays. In the second bedroom, find a new queen mattress with fresh linens, an eclectic dresser, and nightstands.
The second floor boasts clean lines, custom tile work, and a modern design. It is outfitted with a single vanity, toilet, low-entry shower, and all of the essentials, including towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer.
The bottom floor features a comfortable living space with an oversized sectional that pulls out into a queen-size bed. There is also a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.

The downtown districts of Savannah, filled with genuine Southern hospitality, offer the quintessential Southern experience rooted in the city’s colonial past. Situated on the edge of Savannah’s historical district south, you will be minutes away from everything the city offers.
You can walk to the iconic Forsyth Park in 12 minutes or enjoy Troup Square, a beautiful green space in your neighborhood.
Are you looking for breakfast? Clary’s Café is a classic perennial place two blocks from the condo. It serves Southern-style diner classics for breakfast and lunch. For a hip, modern setting, check out the Fox and Fig Café, which offers creative plant-based meals and espresso.

Are you driving into town? The condo offers free on-street parking, with spaces generally available outside the unit. Please be mindful of parking signs, as parking spots rotate for street cleaning. Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Price & Jones SB is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions. Want more options? Download the city’s local version of Uber, called “The Downtowner.” Simply download the app, and they will pick you up for free!
