Two Victorian Ladies - Two connected 1894 Townhomes in Savannah’s Historic Heart



Step out the door, and you’re one block from Broughton Street. River Street, Bay Street, City Market, and Savannah’s best restaurants and nightlife are a walk away. No Ubers. No parking stress. That’s the difference between “near downtown” and actually being downtown.



These connected, but separate, 1894 Victorian townhomes sleep 12 in six rooms with 4 full and 2 half baths - and they come with something almost nobody in the Historic District has: two private two-car garages.



Inside each 1,650+ sq ft Victorian, we've blended original period detail with modern design. Ten-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, antique staircase, five decorative fireplaces, and plaster walls meet designer furniture, granite kitchens, stainless appliances, and marble bathrooms.

- Bedroom 1: King bed with memory foam mattress - full bath down the hall

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with en-suite bath

- Living room: Queen sleeper sofa with Tempur-Pedic mattress, and the room can be fully closed off for privacy - half bath across the hall

- Plus rear family and sun rooms



Behind the Green Door

- Bedroom 1: King bed with memory foam mattress - full bath down the hall

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with full en-suite bath

- Lower bedroom: Queen bed with memory foam mattress - half bath down the hall



What to expect



You have the entire property: both townhomes, both two-car garages, both rear gardens, and both front porches. The units sit side by side and are connected for group use, but each also has its own front door, kitchen, and living spaces if your group wants some separation.



Check-in is self-service. You’ll receive your unique access code the day before arrival, along with a digital guidebook covering WiFi, parking, appliances, and local recommendations. We’re available if you need us; otherwise, we stay out of your way.



Both townhomes have three outdoor spaces: a jasmine-draped front porch, an upper balcony overlooking the Owens-Thomas House garden and Oglethorpe Square, a private walled rear courtyard, and an enclosed 2-car garage.



Dogs welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. We accept dogs under 30 lbs for $150, and dogs 30–45 lbs for $190. Larger or multiple dogs require approval and an additional fee.
