Excellent location - north side of the island was quiet and less populated. Perfect beach access, views from the condo (front room and master bedroom) were beautiful. Parking was easy and great swimming pools too!General surface areas had been cleaned, linens and towels were clean but the area rug, door mats and chaise lounge cushion were worn and dirty. Walls, doors, floor, upholstery and deck - it all just needed a good deep cleaning.

Such a beautiful condo to accommodate a girlfriend's trip to the Tybee Island/Savannah area for the first time. The king size beds within both bedrooms were very comfortable! This condo is fully equipped, and the views from the balcony are amazing...the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises ever!

Tybee stay

Condo location was great, pool area was wonderful!Condo was dated. We were in the bottom unit and it was extremely noisy above us! You could hear all movements in the above unit. It was especially concerning attempting to go to the beach, at both walkways to get to the beach, signs were posted with warnings of poisonous snakes nesting… certainly didn’t feel very safe!

Super Nice Condo, fantastic communication from management.

Honestly, this was well located, great price, management checked on us on a constant basis to make sure we were ok. the ONLY thing I would say is a tiny bit of maintenance would really go a long way. the bathroom door stuck so bad I almost couldn't get out of the bathroom a couple of times. crack on the fridge interior, clock wrong time, soap dispenser handle fell off while just walking up to sink. I did not complain to mgmt at the time because we were already there and there was nothing they could do right then. just things that should be attended to. otherwise very nice place really.

Could not have been happier

This was such a great experience for us. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect also. I would definitely recommend and we would love to come back another time.

The noise from the unit above was totally unacceptable!! Started at 6 am with kids running constantly until after 9am daily. Contacted rental agency! Nothing changed!

Mom & Daughters Get Away

The condo was exactly as listed. Very clean and check in was easy. Very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. A big reason I picked this one is my 85 yo Mom has some walking issues and when I saw the distance on the walk to the beach I was concerned but it’s a nice path that I could hold her hand and she did great. Will definitely rent again.

Our beach escape

The place was amazing and the views even better. This unit was managed by Tybee Vacation rentals, a local property manager. Our check in was delayed by 90 minutes since we were provided an incorrect access code and we had to call the management company many times due to their lack of attention and follow thru. We would definitely stay here again if this unit was managed by someone else.

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo was very nice and clean. It had a lot of kitchen essentials that made our stay enjoyable. It is close to the beach and makes for a nice walk.

Nice Condo

The pros: This is a nice condo. It was very clean and well stocked. The check in process was easy. Location is great. The view of the beach is nice. We were able to see dolphins swimming by and the huge container ships coming up the river. The cons: Even though this location is considered ground floor, there are a set a stairs to climb. I don't remember reading that in the description. This could pose a problem for elderly or disabled people. The water has a very strong sulfur smell. I know people use it and can get used to the smell, but it was overbearing for me. I would recommend this condo to anyone per my comments above. If the sulfur smell subsided, I would stay here again.

Everything as described. Info texted to me in plenty time to act on it. Condo was well equipped. It would be helpful for owner to provide detailed step-by-step instructions of how to operate the CD player. T Never the less, there were many TV/cable/Roku channels to choose from but we could not make use of the CDs provided by the owner.

Terrible experience - DON’T MAKE SAME MISTAKE**

**DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE** Our experience staying at Lighthouse 25A -We arrived late on Saturday evening & the gate keys into the parking lot would not work. Waited on hold for 12 minutes and 57 seconds and agent was not able to assist. The agent had to call reach out to property owners for assistance. 14 minutes later agent calls back with new gate code. Traveling all day is exhausting then sitting in a car for over 30 minutes is not a great start to vacation. -Condo on bottom floor & tenant above wakes up around 5:30am every morning & you can hear them walking back & forth in the condo upstairs. Seriously every step they take is loud..floors are VERY thin. If your taking a vacation to relax this is NOT a good place to stay. -3rd day locked out of condo for over an hour because the motor on the keyless entry door was weak & unable to unlock. The rental property made excuse after excuse and continue to say it was not their fault. HOA was responsible. Truly sad no one would take responsibility for all the issues. **If you work hard for your money do NOT make the mistake we did by staying at this property**

Lovely home with beautiful views!

We stayed at the property for 5 nights. The unit was exactly as described. We woke up to beautiful sunrise views each morning. The unit was clean and well maintained. We had mire than enough dishes, towels snd linens for our stay. We recommend this propety.
