気になった点 : 清潔度
The set up of this home was the ideal amount of space for our family who was visiting Savannah for a soccer tournament. Unfortunately 2 of the beds were unusable. One of the books was missing the rail on the top, which meant our kids could not use the bed. One of the double beds was bowed in making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. We were only staying for two nights so we made due. The biggest problem was the kitchen. The stove was completely dirty and the counter tops looked like they had been cut (it seemed like contact paper was applied over the counters. The worse part was finding small roaches climbing on the walls and at one point when using the microwave, it looked like one was instead. I reported the issues to the host and at first they responded with a generic “thank you for bringing this to our attention.” After sending pictures to them of what I have here, they suggested sending someone out to clean. At that point I just told them no because we were leaving the next day, but I would not be staying at one of their properties again. We ended up purchasing roach traps ourselves. Staying here definitely added stress to our already busy schedule.
