We had a wonderful time with our stay, and there was plenty of room for our group of 7. The only downfall we had was in the beginning, we couldn't figure out why the internet wasn't working. Turns out, where it was in the home, the outlet was unplugged, and we don't know why. We wished this home had a better binder set up with explaining where the internet location was, because we were searching everywhere, letting us know how to use the internet and turn it on, and how to use the tv. Just some of the things we wished were set up better. Otherwise, our stay was good, and we loved the location to everything.

Great property. Location is excellent in historic Savannah. Walking distance to almost all downtown. Very good property management that quickly answered questions and guidance. Would certainly stay here again if in Savannah.

This property was a wonderful foundation for our family Savannah trip. The property is beautiful and well appointed. The location is conveniently located and within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The property management group is attentive and responsive. Highly recommend!

BEAUTIFUL CHARACTER!!!

This home was EVERYTHING we were hoping for when planning our visit to Savannah. Pros:The home has everything you can possibly need, and more! Kitchen was WELL stocked with utensils, dinnerware, small electronics, etc.The maintained character and architecture of this home is absolutely stunning!!!! We loved staying in a home with period accurate furnishings and amenitesWalking distance to pretty much everything. This was a huge plus for our familyBest thing about this property was the communication and care of the property managers. They checked in on us every step of the way and made sure our stay was the best it could be. Cons: (for which there aren't many, but just want to make others aware)The main bedroom balcony is not accessible, though the pictures would lead you to believe it is. The door is locked with a big sign that says do not open. We were disappointed as this was one of the reasons we rented this home and looked forward to coffee out on the balcony. This would NOT keep up from renting again, just want future renters to be aware.The cute alley between the kitchen and garage it not very usable in its current condition as the table top is completely rusted. Again, super cute to look at, not very practical to sit at. It isn't a game changer for us, just slightly disappointing as we had hoped to use it. Overall, we would definitely rent this home again and would recommend to others (in fact, we already have!)

This home was the best residence I have ever stayed in during a visit to Savannah! Location was excellent, the home was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable and having an elevation and single car garage were the bomb!!! The management company checked in often to make sure everything was going as planned which made it nice. This will be my go to residence whenever I visit Savannah.

Loved our stay. Elevator didn't work until next day when the repairman arrived around 4 p.m. Two of our folks are having knee replacements and the stairs were difficult. TV didn't work in the upstairs office which is where I slept. The repairman couldn't fix it. He was polite, though.

Perfect getaway!

Group of five friends gathered in this wonderful home for a fabulous time! "Panda kitty" was lounging on the doorstep when we arrived. Location was awesome. We parked our car in the garage and walked everywhere. Beds were super comfy. It's crazy hot in Savannah in July but that meant no crowds and the food and shopping is beyond compare. We are planning our next trip already!

Wedding weekend

We were looking for a place to stay for a wedding we had to work. I was having trouble finding a hotel and stumbled on this place. I was blown away at how nice it was in person! Pictures did do it justice. Great area. Garage was huge bonus so we didn’t have to leave car on street.

Historic Home in a Perfect Location

We had a fantastic stay at 234 Habersham! The location could not be more perfect, with walkable distances to so many amazing sites and dining. The bedrooms were large, clean and comfortable. The main living areas were impressive and homey. I cannot recommend this property enough.

Great house for a girlfriends weekend!

This home was a very nice place for 5 adults to stay. We enjoyed the living area and kitchen, which was well stocked. We walked everywhere in Savannah, this was a great central location in the Historic District. The home was clean and nicely decorated.

Heart of Savannah

Our recent stay at this property, nestled in the historic district, was absolutely fantastic. The photos online were completely accurate and up to date. During our visit, we parked our car in the garage and hardly touched it, except for a trip to the grocery store (4 minutes away) and a trip to nearby Tybee Island. We spent our days exploring on foot, with must-see attractions like the Cathedral Basicila of St. John the Baptist and the historic Colonial Park Cemetery just a few blocks away. The cemetery is home to over 9,000 graves, including that of Button Gwinnett, a signer of the Declaration of Independence. The house's proximity to Chippewa Square, where the iconic scene from Forrest Gump was filmed, made for a memorable stroll. We also ventured to Forsyth Park, dined at the Pink House, savored meals at the renowned Clary's Cafe, visited City Market, and strolled down River Street. The accommodation had linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. We made good use of the pool amenity, though it would have been convenient to provide pool towels. Overall, it was a truly wonderful stay.

Great home !

It was a nice well maintained home. Easy walk to where you want to go. Once parked, we didn’t need to drive for the 5 days we were there. On street parking was available sometimes for a second vehicle but this home has it’s own 1 car garage. If you have a second vehicle, I suggest the city parking garage on Liberty. It’s about a 1/2 mile away. Our beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for the showers. Nice kitchen and accessories there too. Do a bus tour
