With accommodations for four guests, it fits a Tybee Beach vacation for a family or a small gathering of friends. The house has two bedrooms, two baths, a front balcony, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, all linens and space to park two cars.

Walk into the Tybee Island rentals South Beach Retreat and experience the light and bright living and dining room, framed by the white-themed kitchen. The living room has plenty of seating for four, a ceiling fan above to keep things cool and a flat-screen TV for catching up on your favorite shows. The dining room has a table for four, but four bar stools and a kitchen bar are perfect for more entertaining. The kitchen has all the requisite appliances, including a coffee pot, plenty of counter space and a double sink. The bedrooms are roomy and designed in a relaxing shade of green. Both bedrooms look out over a front balcony area and have ceiling fans. The front balcony stretches to in front of the living room as well and a patio table provides outdoor chill-out time.

Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

This property happily welcomes your furry travel companions! Guests may bring up to 2 dogs, with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs.​​​​​​​ Pets must be added to your reservation at the time of booking, and a non refundable $130 pet fee will apply.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
