    The space

    Entry, Living Room & Dining Area
    Guests enter the home through the front door using a digital keypad. Inside, you'll find a bright, open-concept living and dining area featuring a sofa bed, two armchairs, a Smart TV, and a large farmhouse-style dining table, creating a welcoming space to relax and gather.

    Kitchen
    Adjacent to the dining area, the galley-style kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware and utensils to help you prepare meals during your stay. An additional dining table with seating for four provides another convenient spot to enjoy meals.

    Bedrooms & Bathrooms
    The home features four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with sleeping arrangements spread across two levels.

    - Bedroom 1 — Main Floor: Furnished with one full bed, with a full bathroom also located on this level.
    - Bedroom 2 — Upstairs: Features one queen bed and a Smart TV.
    - Bedroom 3 — Upstairs: Furnished with two full beds.
    - Bedroom 4 — Upstairs: Furnished with two full beds.
    A second full bathroom is located upstairs for guests staying on that level.

    Backyard & Pool
    Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced backyard, featuring a bistro table and chairs, a charcoal grill, and a seasonal pool. It's a great spot to relax outdoors, enjoy a meal, or spend time together.

    The pool is open year-round but is not heated.

    Pool Maintenance
    Weekly pool maintenance and cleaning are performed to keep the pool clean and well-maintained. These visits are brief and should not interfere with your stay. However, access to the yard and pool area will be needed on scheduled service days. Thank you for your understanding!

Made it work!

Good neighborhood ask ahead of time about pool will be available it was up in running and they replied back yes but clean to get in it bedding sheets in one room was not clean had stains on them but house was roomy for us and we made it work for us so we could make it a great stay for us while we attend our family reunion.

We were looking for a home away from home for 3 nights. We booked this property because of the pool, the backyard space, number of rooms/bathrooms and proximity to the beach. The staff I talked to about my concerns were very friendly and helpful. The property is spacious and mostly well equipped. There were some surprisingly good things. However, overall there were enough inconveniences that will make me reconsider staying there again. They had pots & pans including an extra large skillet, plenty of utensils & cutting boards & mini toiletries. During check-in our code didn’t work. They had us try 3 different codes. The pool was dirty. Someone came over to clean it the next morning, which cut down our pool time. A dirty hand towel and dishwasher detergent pod were stuffed inside the food processor. There was no blender on the property even one was shown on the picture. We saw a couple of roaches crawling across the dining room floor, and spiders in the bathroom and two of the beds. Backyard is not what was pictured. The pool takes up most of the backyard and the willow tree next to it has branches extending over the pool so we had spider webbing above our heads. There is a hole on the ground next to where pool ladder sits. The water at the shower & sink in upstairs bathroom ran really hot mostly. Late checking was not an option due to cleaning starting at 10am but when I returned to retrieve something I left behind around 1:30pm, the cleaning crew had not arrived yet.

Good in a pinch

They let us have our dogs here which was very helpful as we moved across the country for work and were looking to buy a house. The propert was in horrible condition. It makes me thinkntwice about using VRBO if they allow these types if houses in their system. There should be a periodic inspection or something to ensure that properties are kept to a certain standard. The management company was very good about getting someone over to work on the pool, but the pool guy and lawn company left the gates open and the dogs got out multiple times.
Stairs were very dangerous when we got there. Pieces missing and everything falling apart.
Condition of the sheets the night we arrived. Also had another sticky substance we are afraid to know what it was.

A Stay in Savanna

The place suited our needs but could use some TLC. The floors needed cleaning and the microwave didn't work. The shelves on the refrigerator door were missing and a mirror in the downstairs bathroom fell off the wall because it was improperly installed on another mirror.

I have tried to contact the host multiple times. Just to be advised that there is a new management company. The place was horrible. Not even livable. I stayed one evening and had to get another location. Which was last minute and costly. This place was not cleaned or even safe. There were black widow spiders also - just no way VRBO standards I am demanding a full refund. Please advise who I contact. I have many more pictures and video as well.

Infestation

The check in and the management was awesome and the patriot family communication was great . However the place was so outdated ,there was 1 frying pan it had stuff build up on it . There was a huge roach infestation . People came to sprayed and it made it 20 x worse .the upstairs door frame was broken to where you couldn't shut it . They advertised a pool but it was not running , we were working so we expected to get into the pool because it was hot . Anywho the patriot family had great communication . The air went out and it took them 8 hours to get back to us with a working air conditioner

Not as Pictured

We arrived to find a tire and trash scattered in the yard. The pool was “closed” but that just meant it was black, with trash in it. The tarp meant to close the pool was half in it and covered in muck making a breeding ground for mosquitos. The yard was also not mowed making the out door space unusable. The inside of the house was clean. The cleaning company did great. However the house itself is not maintained well. Floor boards were coming up and cabinet doors falling apart. The house is very outdated and cramped in the main living areas. We messaged the property manager and the cleaning crew showed up. Then we got an email saying our reservation was cancelled. Leaving 14 people with no where to go at 6pm on a Friday five hours from home. Very inconvenient and horrible service. VRBO also wasn’t great for helping as their phones hung up on us 4 times with an hour and a half of holding.
