This building has 6 identical apartments with an elevator to easily get to your space. With spa-like bathrooms and all-new appliances, your stay promises comfort and convenience. Experience Savannah like never before - book your getaway now!

This historic downtown apartment checks all the boxes for a great stay in Savannah! Walk into a modern open concept living room, dining, and kitchen. Complete with beautiful light fixtures, and a gorgeous kitchen, stainless appliances and lots of storage.

Enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony or entertain with cocktails on the rooftop terrace!

Have a furry friend? This apartment is dog friendly for a pet fee of $75. Additional pets do cause an influx of pet fee.

Parking is not on site but you're surrounded by well lit streets that offer ample free parking. Pay attention to street sweeping signs, yellow marked curbs, and freight parking only signs. We are not responsible for tickets issued.

We think that walking around town is the best way to see the city!

If riding is more your speed, we are a quick and inexpensive Uber, Lyft or taxi to all of the downtown attractions. The Downtowner is a FREE, eco-friendly on-demand ride service! Just download the App "Downtowner" for free, put in your downtown destination (only operates in downtown proper up to Park Ave), observe wait time and decide if you want to schedule the pick up! Drivers paid for by the city of Savannah but tips are always appreciated!

We live off site locally and can be reached through Airbnb messenger with any questions, concerns. If there is a non-medical emergency you can reach our Co-Host Christine who lives a block away! Phone number will be provided at check in!

Noisy

We missed having coffee in the mornings- only flavored and decaf pods avail. The noise from the interstate and street sweeping was really loud- understand now why there are ear plugs in all bedrooms. Double or triple glazing windows would make a huge difference otherwise a comfy clean spacious bright apt
