This was a great location for a charming walk to restaurants, brewery, shops, Forsyth Park. It was easy access to everything in Savannah. The bedrooms were spacious. Be forewarned that if you're short, you won't be able to get into the bed in the front room or see in the bathroom mirrors. :)

Property was super cute. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a four night stay. Great, quick communication with the host. We had a rental car and were able to park on the street directly in front of the house.

Kitchen was fully equipped. The cottage is not luxurious. It is adequate, clean, and the 2 baths is a plus. Liked the closeness to Forsyth Park. We walked everyday to local eating venues. A good value for the money. Parking is manageable.

Cozy house near Forsyth Park. Location was very convenient and the house had all the amenities we needed. Easy parking available right in front of the house.

The property is in an excellent location, very close to both downtown and Forsyth Park. We were a party of six adults and were easily able to walk to downtown and back. Overall, the property was clean enough, though not completely spotless. One major plus was the excellent laundry facilities. As for the layout, the bedrooms were fine, but the living room is definitely on the smaller side—it only seats five comfortably (a three-person couch and two chairs) around a small table. The kitchen had plenty of utensils but was short on cookware, and the kitchen knives were not sharp or good enough for cutting vegetables, so I'd recommend bringing your own. Finally, keep in mind that it is street parking only.

Never really spoke with the host. Unit was not what we expected from listing. Very old, not so much dirty as old unit was definitely transformed from an older building with minimal “expense”. Would stay there again, but probably not recommend to friends or family.

The beds , all of them were broken down. No outlets in bathrooms . No ice maker . Elec in first room had wires showing. Coffee maker broke down . At least I had a place to sleep like the city and all the people were friendly thank you

Just as pictured! 3 bedrooms, and another sleeper sofa. Perfect for our group. Parking was available on the street with no issues. The host responded to any questions I had right away. All in all, this was a great stay.

Cute little place and close to town

We enjoyed our stay in Savannah so much. We were able to walk down to River Street and Uber back. We have everything we needed.
