ACCESSIBILITY & LAYOUT
This home requires going up a set of stairs to access the front door. There are stairs to access the upper floor. The garden level unit and the upper level main house each have private street entrances. The two spaces are now connected by an interior narrow spiral staircase, providing convenient indoor access between levels. For guests who prefer a wider and more traditional staircase, exterior stairs are also available between the garden level and main house.

Located in the historic West Victorian District, our home is situated to provide you easy access to the vibrant restaurant, arts, and music scene of Savannah. Take a stroll to Forsyth Park (just a block away!), check out the SCAD Museum of Art, or spend the day shopping and dining along the riverfront.
All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to local landmarks. Uber is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES
–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. The home has been outfitted with a state of the art digital entry system, entry is keyless, meaning there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
