Arlington Suite at the Hamilton House
A studio garden unit with a private courtyard entrance and king bed on the ground floor of the Hamilton House located in the very center of Downtown Savannah.
The suite opens into a common courtyard with lounge chairs on a bricked patio. There is a 10 person dining table to accommodate any family meal. The 10 foot brick walls with gated entrance secure your privacy.
This garden suite is part of an estate property. There is potential for hearing regular noise from other guests enjoying their stay.
Each suite has a full suite of shampoo, body wash, etc. by Public Goods which is a vegan, fair trade, harsh chemical free company.
We provide local coffee made by Mirabelle right here in Savannah, ground at the moment of purchase to ensure it`s as fresh as possible for you.
Should you need it, there is a courtyard bathroom on the back of the property as well with a shower.
The courtyard should be cleared by 9PM Sunday - Thursday and 10PM Friday and Saturday and all noise must be kept to a conversational volume by 10PM always by city ordinance and out of respect for your neighbors. There is a hefty fine for noise violations from the city.
PARKING Parking is metered on street, first come first serve, Mon-Sat 8am-8pm. Sundays are free. Do pay attention to the street signs telling you when and where not to park to avoid being ticketed. Your biggest concern is not to park in “Sweep Zones”. This is where they come to clean a side of the street on a given night.

STVR Certificate: SVR-01900 HOUSE RULES
-Noise is a big deal in Savannah. The City Ordinance states that a sound can`t be above 50 decibels (dB) between 7 PM and 7 AM for residential homes. This is a conversational volume.
-Any courtyard or outdoor area must be vacated by 10 PM Friday – Saturday and 9 PM Sunday – Thursday out of courtesy to the neighbors and other guests. This is also to comply with the City of Savannah Noise Ordinance. It is our main concern that you truly enjoy your visit to Savannah. The city will assess heavy fines for violation of the noise ordinance.
-This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed on the grounds except for events utilizing the whole estate and where the owner grants a permit.
-Please always remove shoes in the house. This helps with noise for any guests that may be below you, protects the floors, keeps the home clean, and is a simple rule that helps everyone.
-Smoking is never allowed on any part of the property, courtyards, garages, or patios. Would you please leave the premises if you need to smoke? Savannah is beautiful to walk around.
- We cannot fix or refund any issue not brought to us as it occurs, not after your stay.
- Bath products are for use during your stay and are not to be taken.
Thank you in advance for complying with the house rules. I look forward to hosting you!

This rental is in the perfect location! My partner and I were able to walk easily to enjoy so many different shops, restaurants, guided tours, and the river walk. There's also a couple drugstores nearby for last minute items we forgot to pack. We didn't need to drive anywhere the whole weekend. The room itself was very comfortable and cozy with nice furnishings and amenities. I loved the courtyard and wish we had had more time to relax and enjoy it.Overall, we loved our stay here and will look to rent this place again in the future.
