「It was our second time staying. Perfect size and location!」

「Unfortunately, our experience did not match the expectations set by the listing. The biggest issue was the temperature inside the condo. For multiple days of our stay, the unit was extremely hot (nearly 80 degrees), which made it difficult to relax, sleep, and enjoy the space. We documented the conditions and reached out to the host during our stay to try to resolve the issue. While communication occurred, the issue was not actually resolved during our stay. 「It was the perfect location if you are looking to enjoy time in the historic district. Everything is close by within walking distance.」

「The property was a great location, the common area was small for the amount of people we had.」

「Place is great but needs maintenance. Dryer vent was clogged. Ac vent was clogged. No curtains on the window in the master bedroom. But otherwise great place and location. We loved Savannah」

「My team was in town for work, and I had to book this last minute. I reached out to the host, and he helped me tremendously book this- same day! He was very responsive and helpful!! This is a great host, and I recommend. The property was also perfectly equipped for a nice week-long stay. The check-in process was very easy! If the occasion arises again, I would book this again! Thank you, I appreciate it.」

「Nice property … parking was wonky but we made the most of it! EV charger was a huge plus 」

「Lovely place, just as described, clean and easy to enter and exit..」

「Perfect. We will be back for another vacation. Host went the extra mile for an exceptional stay.」
