The property is located in the perfect spot for a quick trolley ride or a walk in Forsyth park. The property was very inviting and tastefully decorated. It was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed during our stay.

Location and relaxation

This is a beautifully updated historic property situated right on the edge of Forsyth Park. While the location was great, the house itself is the real draw. Two main bedrooms, both with King beds, feature mattresses as comfortable as home. The third bedroom also functions as a parlor and features a queen Murphy cabinet bed. The kitchen is HUGE and let us cook comfortably. We will rent this one again!

Walk in the Park- Perfect Location

A “Walk in the Park” was a pleasant surprise! Easy check in, property was as promised and a convenient location away from the riverfront. Parking along the streets on either side wasn’t bad at all. Just make sure to move your vehicle the nights they sweep the streets to the other side. The beds were super comfy! A free bus stop was located right outside the property that we took on several occasions down to the riverfront. If you decide to walk to the riverfront it’s about a 15-18 minute walk and we felt safe at night. Forsyth Park is located directly across the street as well and we even enjoyed one night for a concert on the lawn. This property has everything you need and was enjoyable!

Savannah wedding

We were here for a wedding so it was our first time in Savannah. The place was right across the street from Forsyth Park which we frequent every day. The house was beautiful inside. The beds were so comfortable. TV was a bit of a challenge but we got it figured out. Parking outside was also a pain but once we parked we pretty much walked everywhere and there was the trolly stop literally right out front. Wish the back patio was a little bit nicer but we didn’t use it so no big deal. Would definitely stay there again.

View of the Park

Best, best location. Being across the street from Forsyth Park - on the first floor- was wonderful. We sat out there every day people and dog watching. Being right in front of a DOT free transportation spot made it even better.

Lovely interior

The interior was very nice and spacious. The bedrooms were beautiful. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Front porch could use a little more seating and updating. Location was great for getting around, however, the Jazz Festival was going on the weekend we were there so our view was of portable toilets and food trucks. And very noisy, but I realize the property owners have no control over events in the park. We did enjoy the music one night however! Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

Return to Savannah

The property had an excellent layout and used the space very well. Right out front of the door is a DOT stop, so you can easily get downtown for free without having to worry about parking. The house was comfortable and equipped with what you would need for a week's vacation. We would absolutely stay again!

Walk in the park.

This property was gorgeous on the inside, the high ceilings made it feel large and spacious and the bedrooms were plenty big. Although it is listed as a three bedroom, the third bedroom is really a den with a bed, but that didn’t bother us at all. We have been to Savannah several times so we are well aware of the parking situation in the city. in this particular property parking can be tricky but as it turned out we didn’t really have any issues. On our second day there I received a call from the property manager to insure that everything was as we expected, which was a nice touch. All in all the location was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would take that rental anytime. Joe

Perfect location

The free Dot bus stop was located right outside our front door making transportation easy. Apartment is laid out nicely with bathrooms convenient. The showers are wonderful and the Beds are very comfortable. We cooked a number of meals and a lager fry pan would have been nice to have .. Skimpy supply on the TP for 5 women for a week. Suggest using less fabreez or whatever on blankets but all in all it was wonderful.

This home is beautiful and comfortable.

This is the perfect location for a Savannah Trip! Being across the street to Forsyth Park just made it even more perfect. You can walk, take the bus or uber anywhere you want to go. You feel very safe and it is beautiful! The beds were incredible comfortable! 6 women had the best Mom’s weekend away ever!!

Overall the place was nice. But the place is a bit outdated. The sheets on one of the bed were pilly. Loose toilet as seats. Pool side could use some cleaning up We did enjoy sitting outside by the pool. We did not spend much time inside.

Terrific Location and Home

Centrally located and just off Forsyth Park, the property worked out very well! Walking distance to most everything in town and a surprisingly large unit that was easy to "live in!"

Perfect location

Super Cute House

Super cute house for girls trip! The public transportation right out front door was convenient. Only thing that would be even better would be a driveway to park in. We did not have trouble finding a place on the street so don’t let that steer you away! Relaxing atmosphere and super clean!!! We did not utilize the pool so I cannot comment to that.
