「I recommend having a electric generator for the electricity. When we got to the resort we were shown one room before the electricity went off. We couldn't use our phone to call and to do Facebook because the power was down.The water was slow as well. It would be so great if we have one in place in times of emergencies. 「I appreciate the staff cares about guests but honestly I was really scared when a man staff spoke to me when I was getting inside of my room at night. It’s not even late night and I didn’t know where he was spiking to me. I don’t think that’s a good hospitality at all. Disappointed. 「Staff were so friendly and amazing our whole stay. The breakfast was fresh and tons of it and especially the pikelets, a real winner for the kids. The grounds and gardens are immaculate, all due to the hard work from the staff who would always greet us with a friendly Talofa and a beautiful smile.
