Disappointing Stay – Unclean and Poorly ManagedUnfortunately, the cabin was not clean upon arrival. It was extremely dusty, smelled strongly of urine, and the floors were dirty—I had to sweep as soon as we got there. The bed had a deep dip in it, and the bedding was not clean. We reported the smell immediately, and the host said housekeeping would come that night, then the next morning—no one ever showed. The host also said she’d come herself if needed, but she didn’t.We ended up spending most of our time outside because the smell was unbearable. Our dog even found a chip in a blanket on the couch. The host did offer a free night for a future stay, but we declined. A partial refund would’ve made more sense considering the condition of the cabin and the lack of follow-through. Definitely not worth the high cleaning fee because its clearly not used for cleaning .

Great cabin! We had a great time! Our only complaint is that the hot tub was set at 92 degrees and was even at 92 when we arrived at 9:45 pm. It took a while to warm up so we could enjoy! Other than that we were able to find everything and did not go without! Thank you! We will return!

Christmas get away.

What a beautiful one bedroom cabin. We decided to do Christmas away and this was a perfect place to stay. From the fire pit, spa and quiet neighborhood. All was enjoyed. The cabin was decorated with a Christmas tree, elf on the shelf and other beautiful things. The stone work in the shower made it feel luxurious. The kitchen was very clean and had everything we needed to prepare a meal.As you can tell we really enjoyed ourselves.

Nice stay

The cabin was as subscribed. It was nicely decorated and cozy. It was clean and bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed. We didnt use hot tub are fire pit but did sit out on the porch in swing. The area was quiet and not to far from Helen about 3 miles. We seen deer and a Armadillo in the yard. We would definitely stay again.

The cabin was cute and cozy. We even saw a bear in our backyard about 10 feet from the cabin. My only complaint was the mattress was uncomfortable.

Cozy relaxing cottage

Very nice cottage, we had a wonderful weekend! Very nicely decorated, the pictures were pretty accurate to the actual cabin. The only reason for the four stars was due to the location, it was pretty close to another cabin and a rather noisy highway. But besides that, everything was wonderful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

“Serenity” cabin cute, cozy and clean

Adorable, comfortable cabin with hot tub on deck. We spent a long Thanksgiving weekend there and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a Turkey dinner! Only a few miles from Helen and even closer to Unicoi State Park and Anna Ruby Falls. This cabin is pet friendly and the place was spotless. Lots of trails in the area to walk dogs. Peaceful and relaxing location!

Went on a short weekend getaway to Helen.

This cabin is maybe 10 minutes from the main stress. It’s very easy to get to. The cabin itself is adorable. My favorite part was the swing on the porch. The lot Christmas tree was also a nice touch.
