「The Trunk Motel was perfect for our one-night stop-over in Sault Ste Marie. Convenient location, and although it is close to a major roadway, we found it to offer a fairly quiet night's rest. The check-in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and even had crystal wine glasses! The coffee maker, fridge and microwave were a nice touch. We would stay here again.」

「This is a very basic lodging. The two story building does not have an elevator so if you have any mobility issues then you will need to be on the ground level. I was unaware of this at time of booking but the check-in person was able to change the room for me. Housekeeping did not come to the room so beds were unmade, etc. The bed was ok, but pillows were lumpy things. Location was good. They apparently accept dogs, there were a lot. This place rates a "meh".」

「The bookinng was a bad experience, I was looking at Motel 6 and some how got move to satellite which notice. I did not know of the change until i printed out my reservation. then only by the address ( a total scam ) Nothing good happened」
