The basement includes a full bathroom, new kitchen, and large living space with a new smart TV. Located in a quiet crescent, 5-minute walk to Lakewood Civic Centre, Gym, swimming pool, library, Lakeview Square, restaurants, and other amenities. Bus stop is a 4-minute walk away.

-The house is located on a peaceful crescent in a well-kept neighborhood. The entire basement is available for guests, accommodating maximum 4 people.

-In-suite laundry facilities also available for the guests.

-The house is just 2 minutes from Circle Drive, providing easy access to anywhere in the city. The airport is a 13-minute drive from the house.

-You may use half of the driveway to park one car, leaving space for another vehicle. Street parking is also available in front of the house, under the two trees.

-The basement entrance is very close to our neighbor's driveway. While it may seem convenient to walk, it is their property—please avoid using it.

-Guests are welcome to use either the main pathway or the stone pathway to access the basement.

-Please note that unregistered guests/visitors are not permitted in the suite.

-Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
