The property was very nice, with all amenities you would need for a weeks stay. Parking was also easy/available at all times around the property. I would honestly rate my stay a 5/5 and would recommend this property for anyone staying in Saskatoon.

From check in to check out, this was a fantastic rental and I will be recommending it to anyone who needs to have a comfortable, relaxing stay. It was cozy, with everything you need for a short or even long term stay. Wale was very welcoming and my stay was quiet and I felt safe in this great neighborhood. The kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom have everything you need and you will not be disappointed of you stay at this fantastic rental.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this suite in Saskatoon’s Rosewood neighbourhood! The location is perfect, with all the amenities you could need just a short distance away. The suite itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home.What truly stood out were the hosts—they were engaged, thoughtful, and always ready to help with any questions or requests I had. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests made our experience exceptional.If you’re looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Saskatoon with outstanding hosts, look no further. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. Property was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Even though it was a downstairs suite, it was quiet cozy and warm. We will not hesitate to use this property again when in Saskatoon to visit the grandkids.

I had never stayed in a Vrbo before and found this to be an excellent experience. Easy to access the basement suite with the code provided. Suite was clean and bright. Parking was residential but easy to find across from the home. When I was ready to leave, I needed to find a place that could repair a stone chip I got on my windshield a few days before, so I contacted the host and he was able to direct me to a place nearby.

Parking could be a little better. It seemed to be cool enough There was no air conditioning. I like it a little cooler for sleeping. It was September and very warm. I did not think it would be an issue but it was.

Wale was really friendly and helpful, and the suite was gorgeous. It’s was clean and nicely decorated, including cool modern touches like a defogging mirror in the bathroom. This is located in a newer neighbourhood close to anything you might need - it’s a few minutes to get anywhere in the city but you are also close to nice walking paths I. The area if you don’t want to go too far. Would stay again for sure!

So very nice 😊. Great/safe neighborhood, new build, very clean, comfortable bed and furniture, walk-in shower, laundry, full kitchen (regular sized fridge for the Costco run), and I was so happy to find a clean space that was not masked with fragrances. I was very comfortable and appreciative of my host. Thank you for the lovely stay, everything was even better than excellent!
