「Our stay was wonderful! The home was inviting, comfortable, and bright. The porch was lovely, and the outside was fun for my toddler to explore and pretend. The kitchen was well equipped. Location was great - serene, yet close enough to the city if you wanted to explore. We didn’t have a need to contact the host, but I’m sure she would have been responsive and available based on other reviews. The guest info book was helpful and informative!」

「This house was perfect for me and my teenage daughter and her friend who came to town for the Jason Aldean concert. It was cute, clean, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed for the night. It’s also in a nice neighborhood and located close to restaurants, shopping and just a short drive to Simmons Bank arena. I definitely recommend this house! 」

「What a wonderful little cottage. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the location in the historical district, the Jacuzzi tub, and the comfortable bed. The patios and little outdoor seating areas were a pleasant bonus as well as the breakfast. The garden cottage was situated on the top floor of the house with its own private outdoor entrance」

「We enjoyed our stay at the River House. It was just what we needed! We spent most of our time on the covered patio catching the breeze and watching the barges go by. If you are looking to rest and relax.....this is the place for you. The owner, Ryan was an awesome host. We will be back!」

「What an adorable cottage! This was perfect for our quick overnight in Little Rock. The yard was great for our doggie and the bed was really comfortable! The parking spot right out front was very convenient and we felt safe in the neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again!」

「Overall the property was newly remodeled and clean. Everything worked as it should. Beds upstairs, living down. The property manager communicated very clearly (likely the best we have experienced in the US). The only thing that bothered us was it smelled like smoke from the neighboring tenant’s cigarette being drawn through the A/C unit when they stood outside. If you need access to UAMS long term it would be the perfect spot as it is directly across the street and an easy walk. 」
