It is located 4 miles from Sardis Lake and 1.4 miles off of I-55. 27 miles from Oxford (Ole Miss), 35 miles from Southaven (The Landers Center and Tanger Outlet Mall), 15 miles from Senatobia ball field, and 8 miles from Batesville (Convention Center and Wal-Mart). Our house is located in the woods outside of city limits but close to several amenities. Our home accommodates 13 people comfortably. Staying at our house for Ole Miss activities would be a perfect location. You will find that the house has 5 bedrooms (6 queen beds and 1 Twin Bed), 3 full baths, and a closed in 2 level deck - one covered and one open with a gate that allows access to the back yard. A gas grill is located on the covered deck for easy access from kitchen. The property provides a spacious yard with front circle drive. Plenty space for boat parking in the wooded/shaded yard. Circle drive allows easy parking of trailers in the graveled side parking space. Deer and Turkey have been seen regularly in the yard.
