The development has several common pools and is just down the beach from the famous Father Rooster restaurant. You are just a 10-minute drive to the downtown of Playas del Coco where you'll find several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Playa Ocotal and Playas del Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Guanacaste Airport (LIR) is a 40-minute drive.
