「My only reason it’s not 5/5 is the location. It’s a bit run-down near this property. But there is a good pizza place across the street as well as a bakery. And it certainly is close to the south end of the beach. The pool is fantastic.」

「Overall a great stay. Things recommended to fix is the shower as it sprayed water when showering and there was mold/water in the utility closet. There was black mold on the chairs in the closet.」

Ilya, the host, was so helpful, even before we arrived, sending us links and ideas of what to do and where to eat, etc. The condo was in such a great location, minutes walk from coco beach and many shops and restaurants and so centralized to visit tons of other beautiful beaches. 「We had a wonderfule 3 week stay. The unit was well maintained and it was nice having a kitchen that was fully equipped. Listing detail was very accurate.Property management (Expat Properties) was very helpful and made great recommendations for airport transfers and golf cart rental. Grounds maintenance was great and the location in Las Palmas couldn't be more convenient. We highly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this unit.」
