「Amazing property with full amenities, cute beach decor and nestled in redwoods. Very comfortable and quiet, lots of nature, but also within short driving distance to Santa Cruz and multiple attractions including The Mystery Spot, Henry Cowell state park (giant costal redwoods), Roraing Camp Railroads and more. Host was quick to respond to any questions, provided easy instructions and suggestions on area attractions. Overall wonderful stay, will probably stay there again. 」

「This was a great place to stay with a family (our kids are 7 and 9 years old). They had a blast playing with the video games in the loft and loved the treehouse in the backyard. I'm sure they will be talking about staying in the "Mickey Mouse" house for years to come. It was conveniently located and in a great and quiet neighborhood. It was tight quarters, but that was ok with us. The ladders to climb into the lofts were fine, but could be a problem if you had younger children or older people...

「I booked my trip for a Thursday to Tuesday. Stay, I needed to change my booking to a shorter time and the host was very prompt and considerate of the changes. I needed the booking for an event at the convention center and it was only 8 mins away. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house.Was very comfortable and accommodating. Not once did I have to worry about checking in or the booking going smoothly. I high recommend this host and would defently stay again if needed」

「Six adults, 3-day mid-week getaway, this house was nearly perfect. Clean, large, nicely appointed, and hosts were responsive and helpful. A couple of caveats: no barbecue, showers were very deep drop-down (yes, we were warned, but they were really deep!). Also, there were no instructions for the tv -- it was unplugged and remote was in another room. Overall there were odd remotes here and there with no instructions. None of this spoiled our trip -- the house and outside area were lovely,...

"ad read reviews saying that the walls were thin and the room was noisy, and that the bed was never made during the three days, but I never thought I would actually experience either of those things. What's more, when I tried to leave the room early in the morning, the door to the front building was locked... I thought the atmosphere and location of the facility were not bad, but even though it was the weekend of Monterey Car Week, I was disappointed that I spent over 200,000 yen for three nights and received such poor service."
