This Venice vacation condo rental has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and room for 4 guests and features views of the fairway on Plantation Golf Course. It is a ground floor unit and has 2 separate lanais. You can enjoy the sun and swimming at the pool, local shopping, golf and nearby beaches. The unit features beach wicker furniture and all the kitchen supplies needed. All linens and towels are included as well. It is located in Farmington Vistas which is the safest community because they require all guests to complete a background check application which requires a SS#. Since the condo association requires monthly rentals, please start on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month. A fully refundable $250 damage deposit is required for every reservation. The deposit is refunded promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage to the property or its contents.
