「We are a family of 4 with two young kiddos and stayed 5 nights at the Queens Gate Resort and loved it! Kathy at the front desk is so so kind and helpful. She very much made us feel at home during our stay. The resort is very quaint and well kept with a clean pool, yard for the kids to run around in, BBQ to use, as well as a laundry room, which certainly came in handy. 「This little cottage served our purpose very well. We loved the location on the Key and enjoyed our stay sitting under the old pin oak tree out front. My wife had a broken arm and was convalescing during our ten day stay and enjoyed the Gulf Breezes, watching the rabbits, squirrels and watching the different birds. 「This is a very quiet and relaxing space, and is set up well for a couple. Within three or four blocks of the cottage there are places you can walk to have a meal. Within a 20 minute drive is one of the nicest beaches we’ve ever seen. The location is about a half hour from Sarasota and about an hour from St. Petersburg. 「The cottage was everything that was shown and even more! It had everything we could need and it was steps away from Beach Access #7. We loved the outside patio area and the shower. It was a 5-7 minute walk to Siesta Key Village and some really good restaurants. Also a great coffee shop. It was everything we hoped for and more! We definitely want to make a return trip!!」

「Perfect little getaway. Cottage was clean and absolutely adorable. The pool area was like a tropical paradise. The landscaping was perfect and added privacy from nearby neighbors. 2 minute walk to the beach was perfect. ‘Big Jenga’ was a huge hit and we played for hours. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.」

「This is a great place to stay for a couple; the house is small but cozy. We really enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying here again. This is more like a 4.5 star rating. There were a few things that kept this from being a 5 star review: bathroom shower was incredibly small. Also the towel rack needed to be screwed in tighter, it was starting to come off the wall. Bathroom could also use a new paint job. The coffeemaker likely needs replacing..the inside of the reservoir looked pretty bad....
