Absolutely LOVED this hotel. We stayed in a room that was perfect for 4 guests. Very comfortable, friendly staff, and incredible breakfast. It was so nice to have a nice balcony to sit on in the morning with coffee and evening with wine!

The property is so peaceful and calm and was such a wonderful experience. We are so pleased with how everything turned out. The pool was immaculate. The food and drinks were delicious. The staff was kind and patient and were wonderful at every turn. The golden retrievers that are on the property are so sweet as well. Overall, we had an excellent time and would love to return.

Wonderful quiet spot close to everything the island has to offer —city, outdoors, beaches. The cottages are well equipped and perfect for families or couples. The resort has a pool, hot tub, and small gym on-site. Owners and staff are attentive and responsive. Made for a great trip!

We were extremely pleased with the property and accomodations. Well appointed rooms, pool, sauna, steam room, fitness room. Beds were great. Delivered breakfast was customized and outstanding. Staff was great. 5 stars plus!

It’s a beautiful home overlooking Ponta Delgada. There’s a beautiful pool in back and it’s extremely walkable as you are right in the old area all section of the city. Everything is very comfortable.

I have stayed at Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico five times in the last 18 months. The staff is especially friendly and accommodating. Antonio in particular always greets you with a warm smile and an interesting fact about the island. His quick wit is a plus too! I will always stay at the Grand Hotel.

They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels!

The staff was very pleasant. hotel was very clean. Well maintenance. Rooms were very, very nice. Location was perfect for what I needed to be. Would stay there again.

Beautiful little property with a nice pool and hot tub. The host provided us with a cute little welcome basket with delicious treats.

Loved everything about this boutique hotel. Everyone went above and beyond helping us with suggestions of what to do while there. The room was clean and well laid out. The breakfast was delicious with many buffet options plus a few made to order dishes. The vibe is modern but welcoming. The pool area is nice - it was chilly while we were there so we didn’t swim, but it was a calm place to sit and relax after hiking. Great location and very quiet even though in the heart of things

Absolutely stellar, The Rock delivered at every level to two weary travelers. Beautifully furnished, every detail thought through, gorgeous breakfast, we can enthusiastically recommend The Rock Hostel.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for one night and it was our favorite stay in Sao Miguel! The staff were kind and accommodating & even helped us celebrate our 3rd year anniversary. I would highly recommend this place! Extremely clean and the pool and pineapple greenhouse were amazing!
