「The hotel felt very personal and almost like I was in a paradise. The staff was always friendly and helpful, no matter what we needed they were always able to accommodate. What I really enjoyed was the thermal pools, it made the entire hotel feel more in nature, additionally they were never stingy with their towels unlike some hotels that put a limit on you. Overall great location and amazing experience, would recommend to anyone looking for a paradise getaway. Looking forward to coming back...

「Great hotel and good parking options. Not a walkable location. Just like everything else on the island, it was tough to get to and from due to challenging roads and directions. Great breakfest and lovely pool, view of the ocean and staff are very helpful.」

「Miguel at the bar was our main server and he was a big help. The meals at the restaurant were lovely - excellent view of the ocean. Food was great. Converting euros to CND$ makes it all feel quite expensive. But we felt overall that the value equation was there compared to other European destinations. Rooms were great, kept clean by cleaning staff. One recommendation is to invest in a larger TV for the Bar area. Watching the world cup on a 48 inch screen was somewhat comical. Great location...

「Beautiful building in great nestled location, within 10 minute walk to water. Onsite bar & restaurant was delicious & spacious. Staff didn’t really love the Americans, but great food/bev. Pool area outside was gorgeous & front desk staff was always so helpful. They have a huge spa on site too. And most rooms had balconies, which was great to sit outside & overlook pool/view. Glad we stayed here :)」
