「We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be improved, as there is room for more variety and better options. The location is good for exploring Ponta Delgada city and its historical sites, with many attractions easily accessible.

「Beautiful surroundings. Great pricing value. Great location for accessing the rest of the island.」

「The hotel is located near the center of the older part of Ponta Delgado. The rooms were well designed and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and provided prompt service. The bar and restaurant had convenient hours and the breakfast included with the stay was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.」

「Andrea was very helpful as she allowed us to do an early check in, explained about local things to do. Breakfast was OK. Jacuzzi, pool operative but not whirlpool.」

「Fabulous place with spectacular views exceptional breakfast including cooked to order eggs and omelettes. Met and exceeded expectations. Mosteiros is a wonderful and beautiful village that can be walked to from the hotel. Mostly down hill. The return walk is really strenuous. We will drive from now on. :)」
